Being the only one left in the house that likes an occasional dessert, I quit making sweet treats. The I finally realized how to do it without being overloaded. Downsize! These one-cup frozen chocolate/peanut butter ice cream tortes are the smallest I've ever made. I made a full-size torte to give away and couldn't resist trying the smaller size for us. It worked! I think I could bake in these little cups, too. Yumm, lots of possibilities.

That is ingenious! Laura and I should probably try that, but man the large amount of leftovers taste so good!
