Mexican flora

These are the last pictures I will post that were taken while we were in Puerta Vallarta in September. We were surprised to see bromeliads growing in trees. I'd only seen them as potted plants in Alaska. However, the local we asked said that the bromeliads and orchids randomly grow in trees. I don't know that I saw orchids growing in trees, but Alan took some pictures of the bromeliads growing in the heights. In addition, I talked him into taking a couple of pictures of the pretty flowers. I don't know their names. Tell me if you do!
